Biography
Henrietta is the Executive Director for Health and Community Services at the Public Services Health and Safety Association. She is a Canadian Certified Occupational Health Nurse, Canadian Registered Safety Professional, Certified Disability Management Professional and is also a Faculty member for the Disability Management Certificate Program through the National Institute for Disability Management and Research (NIDMAR). She has spoken at provincial, national and international conferences on the subject of Disability Management, workplace violence prevention, bullying and Healthy Work Environments. She was a member of CSA Technical Committee for Z316.6-07 (R2012) - Evaluation of Single-Use and Reusable Medical Sharps Containers for Biohazardous and Cytotoxic Waste, And a Co Principle Investigator of the Employee Participation in Change Program (EPIC) project.

Biography
Dr. Richard Hanowski is a Senior Research Scientist and serves as the Director of the Center for Truck & Bus Safety (CTBS) at the Virginia Tech Transportation Institute. He has been involved in transportation research since 1991 and has led many light vehicle and heavy vehicle safety studies for government and industry. He has served as the Principal or Co-Principal Investigator on over $50 million of contract research and has authored over 200 publications. His research focuses on safety and health issues associated with commercial vehicle operations. Findings from Dr. Hanowski’s research have generated practical, in-depth knowledge that has benefited government, commercial vehicle operations (including drivers and fleet management), equipment manufacturers, academia, and the public. His 2009 research on driver distraction in commercial vehicle operations helped foster an international dialogue that led to policies and regulations designed to reduce driver distraction and improve safety.

Grechanina Elena Y. MD, professor since 1990, is the general director of “Geneticsâ€, which is composed of a Medical Genetics Center, Department of Medical Genetics KhNMU, Ukrainian Institute of Clinical Genetics. She is the principal clinical consultant. Since 2005, a corresponding member of NAMS Ukraine, and in 2007 a honorary citizen of the city of Kharkiv. In 2012-2014, she published 38 articles on the metabolic, epigenetic and mitochondrial diseases, prenatal diagnosis and foliate-methionine cycle. She was involved in the study of occupational health problems of physicians from the start of her service.
